Future League Players –If you have played in the Men’s League before or are planning to join, please follow below:

Please go to golfgilbert.com and click on the dropdown entitled “Tee Times”.
Simply go to the “log-in” icon at the top right and proceed. You may have to move your screen up to see the icon.

This icon will ask you to add your email and put in a password.  Even if you have an account, it will not work for the men’s club sign in.  Please select:

“Log In”

Once you successfully put in your email and a password, you are now able to log in to your account by selecting:

“Men’s League”

 (found at the bottom of the ‘Tee Sheet’ category on golfgilbert.com.) 

This will now take you to the tee sheet calendar.  You can then pick your playing date first.  Then your tee times for the that specific date will appear. Select the one that best suits your preference. 

Option 1: 

After selecting your tee time, you will be directed to input your credit card into a secure site to pay for your round.  A receipt will subsequently be sent to your email.

Notice: You do not have to pay online with your credit card. You have two other options: 

Option 2: 

You can pay ahead of time when you finish your current round to secure a tee time two weeks in advance.  

Option 3: 

You can pay in the pro shop anytime between the last Men’s League date and two days before the next league date. 

All tee times are closed two days before the upcoming Men’s League date.  On the Friday morning before the Men’s League’s Sunday, any unfilled tee times will be turned back out for public consumption.  

So, if you want to “walk on” on any Sunday morning, you may or may not have a tee time available for you.  Under the above three options to purchase a tee time, all paid golfers will be guaranteed a tee time. *
